Daniel Sorescu

As a professional social worker, he has worked along with Pestalozzi Foundation since 2001, as a consultant, coordinator and trainer in several projects, In January 2007 he was assigned the executive management of the Foundation.
He is a licentiate of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Assistance, has a Masters degree in Business Administration and another one in the Communitarian Administration of Justice, member of the Committee of Ethics and Professional ethics of the National College of Social Workers, President of Prahova branch of the same college.
Since the 1990 he was involved in voluntary work and had participated as a volunteer in diverse NGO activities and programs. He remained still a promoter of volunteerism. Daniel Sorescu is the president of Provident Community Support Association, as well as the president of the Federation of NGOs from Prahova county.
Being interested in Community Development, he served in various organizations (FRDS, SOROS, SECS, ASC Provident, Human Dynamics, Pestalozzi Foundation). Community as a facilitator, mentor, consultant or trainer. The activities implemented in different communities (over 100 of them) helped him understand the rural communities and determined the focus of the organization he runs to resolving existing problems in rural areas.

Mihaela Cozarescu

Mihaela Cozarescu is a psychologist and a Sociology phD, specialised in Management and Social Sciences (Social Pedagogy, Trainer of Trainers, Supervisor, Intercultural Education specialist) and has an extensive experience in adult training for the professionals working in the social field.
Dr. Mihaela Cozarescu has experience as a teacher both in public education (high school and university) and in the private sector, working as a trainer for Pestalozzi Foundation since 1996.
She coordinated and organized training programs in partnership with national and international institutions (the Vocational School of Social Pedagogy in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, The College of Social Assistance and Social Pedagogy in cooperation with the University of Bucharest, postgraduate training course for teachers – Intercultural Education – in collaboration with the Teacher Training Department of the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest).
She is a FESET member (The European Association of Social Educator Training), author and coauthor of numerous publications (books, articles, scientific papers for the national and international conferences).
