The project goal was: to prevent institutionalization, reducing the number of children in care institutions.
Beneficiaries: institutionalized children, children from families in difficulty and their families, social workers, local community

Community Services Center offers the following services:
- Day Centre
- Counseling for child and family
- School parents
- Material Help
Initial objectives:
- Deinstitutionalization of 300 children between 3 and 18 years of investment centers in the counties of Gorj and Buzau and Bucharest Sector 5.
- Prevention of institutionalization in residential institutions and Buzau counties Gorj and sector 5 Bucharest for 300 children.

- Deinstitutionalization of 240 children between 0 and 18 years of investment centers in the counties of Gorj and Buzau and Bucharest Sector 5.
- Prevention of institutionalization in residential institutions and Buzau counties Gorj and sector 5 Bucharest for 360 children.
