Community Services Centre
(Project co-funded by USAID through WorldLearning)
Purpose: To develop community services for children between 16 and 18 years (up to age 19 years) to leave foster care centers.

Specific results achieved by the end of the project:
- 60 children attended and obtained professional qualification certificates / degrees of skill in the labor market demanded a trade from the two counties.
- 127 children were trained in the workshops of practical skills for independent living.
- 70 children were deinstitutionalized. Some went to assisted apartments and some have been integrated into the work and reintegrated in the family.
- 55 persons engaged in the child protection system in the two counties were formed to help support and promote the project.
- Were established and became operational two vocational centers, one in each county.
- Will be arranged and equipped four social apartments will get young people leaving orphanages;
- Were provided 18 hours of training in a training session for project teams (total 12 people) from two locations;
- They were given 36 hours in 2 training sessions held in two locations for 50 specialists from the child protection system;
- Were provided 1296 hours of expert advice;
- Was developed, published and distributed a guide to good practice issues focused on young people is to leave orphanages and young post-institutionalized.
