- It is a project initiated as a result of the need to identify abandoned children in foster care to know his natural family. This project aims to identify the natural families of children abandoned in orphanages and to facilitate the first meeting between the child and family.
- The project aims to work in partnership with other state institutions (police, social services to the municipalities, etc..) So that the completion of the project, social workers to take these links CPD to solve future cases.
